| 1 1/5 | lb | Any Sausage or kabasa - Browned then Sliced Thin |
| 2 | lb | Hot Italian Sausage - Browned & then Sliced thin |
| 6 | med | Onion - Course Chopped - (or more to taste) |
| 2 | Lge | Yellow or Red Peppers (Sweet) |
| 1/2 | cup | Chili Powder |
| 2 | tsp | Smoked Salt (Spice Island!) Check for salt before adding! |
| 5 - 6 | tbls | Dark Brown Sugar (Cuts the acid) |
| 3/4 | tsp | Black Pepper |
| 17 | clvs | Garlic - crushed or diced |
| 6 | tsp | Cumin |
| 3 | tsp | Dried Basel |
| 5 | can | Peeled Tomatoes (28oz) |
| 4 | can | Tomato Sauce (15oz) |
| 2 | can | Beef Broth (15 oz) or Beef Granules & Beer |
| 1/2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 7 | Green Jalapenos diced less seeds | |
| 1/2 | Cup | Cheap Sherry |
| Brown Ground Beef and Sausage | ||
| (Remove excess Grease) (Hint let Sausage cool before slicing) | ||
| Stir in remaining Ingredients and simmer 6 - 24 Hrs | ||
